PASSIVE VOICE

Passive voice adalah suatu grammatical construction (bentuk gramatikal) dimana subject pada sentence (kalimat) atau clause (klausa) tidak melakukan aksi, melainkan menerima aksi atau ditindak lanjuti (receiver of action) oleh agent lain (doer of action) baik disebutkan ataupun tidak.
Rumus Passive Voice :
                        Active    :  S + V + O
                Passive   : O + Be + V3 + S

Passive voice bisa terbagi ke dalam beberapa kelompok yakni :

1. Present Passive Voice
2. Past Passive Voice
3. Future Passive Voice 
4.  Modal Auxiliary Passive Voice

1.  Present Passive Voice

• Simple Present Tense

          Pola :          Active  : S + V1 (s/es) + O
                             Passive : O + am/is/are + V3 + by + S
 
          Example :
            Active  : She writes a letter
            Passive : A letter is written by her

• Present Continuous

          Pola:            Active  : S + Tobe + Ving + O
                              Passive : O + Tobe + being + V3 + by + S

          Example :
            Active  : She is writting a letter now
            Passive : A letter is being written by her now

•  Present Perfect Tense

            Pola:         Active  : S + has/have + V3 + O
                             Passive : O + has/have + been + V3 + by + S

           Example:
              Active : They have built a house
              Passive : A house has been built by them

• Present Perfect Continuous 

           Pola:           Active  :  S + have/has + been + Ving + O
                              Passive : O + have + been + being + V3 + by + S

           Example :
              Active  :    He have watched titanic movie
              Passive :    Titanic movie has been watched by us


2. Past Passive Voice

• Simple Past

          Pola:             Active  : S + V2 + O
                               Passive : O + was/were + V3 + by + S + Adv.

          Example :
             Active  :  The news surprised Deni
             Passive :   Deni was surprised by the news

• Past Continuous

          Pola:             Active : S + Tobe + Ving + O
                               Passive : O + was/were + being + V3 + by + S
    
          Example:
            Active : Ratna was reading the novel
            Passive :The novel was being reading by Ratna

• Past Perfect 

          Pola:              Active : S + had + V3 + O
                                Passive : O + had + been + V3 + by + S

          Example:
             Active  : I had finished my work
             Passive : My work had been finished by me

• Past Perfect Continuous

          Pola:               Active :  S + had + been + Ving + O
                                 Passive : O + had + been + being + V3 + by + S

          Example :
             Active  : She had been meeting them
             Passive :They had been being met by her


3. Future Passive Voice

• Simple Future

          Pola:               Active  : S + will + V1 + O
                                  Passive : O + will + be + V3 + by + S

          Example :
             Active  : She will write a letter
             Passive : A letter will be written by her

• Future Continuous 

           Pola :              Active  : S + will + be + Ving + O
                                  Passive : O + will + be + being + V3 + by + S

            Example :
               Active  :  She will be reading the legend story
               Passive : the legend story wil be being read by her

• Future Perfect 

          Pola :                 Active  : S + will + have + V3 + O
                                    Passive : O + will + have + been + V3 + by + S

          Example:
             Active  : Nadia will have reply the letter
             Passive : The letter will have been replied by her

• Future Perfect Continuous

          Pola :                 Active  :  S + will + have + been + Ving + O
                                    Passive : O + will + have + been + being + V3 + by + S

          Example:
            Active :  Martin will have been presenting final project
            Passive: Final project will have been being presented by him


4. Modal Auxiliary Passive Voice
   
         Pola:        Active  : S + Modals + V1 + O
                         Passive : O + Modals + be + V3 + by + S

         Example:
           Active : The woman would rub the clothes
           Passive :The clothes would be rubbed by the woman

ANALISIS SWOT

                                                                        CV. X

CV. X ini berdiri pada awal tahun 2013 lebih tepatnya satu tahun yang lalu. Merupakan supplier alat - alat untuk pabrik seperti set screw, mur, baut , Kabel NYYHY, safety dan lain- lain. Memang bisa dibilang usaha ini baru dirintis dan mempunyai beberapa kelemahan , kelebihan , ancaman, dan peluang.

1) Kelemahan

• Tenaga kerja yang sedikit
• Kurangnya modal usaha
• Lokasi yang kurang strategis
• Hanya mempunyai beberapa pelanggan tetap
• Terkadang masih ada tenaga kerja yang belum mahir dalam teknologi di jaman yang semakin canggih seperti sekarang ini

2) Kekuatan

• Pembayarannya yang mudah
• Pengiriman barang tepat waktu
• Kualitas barang terjamin
• Dengan modal yang tidak seberapa tapi mampu menghasilkan pundi - pundi rupiah yang mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup
•  Apabila barang cacat atau rusak bisa ditukarkan selama batas waktu yang ditentukan

3) Ancaman

• Dapat gulung tikar kapan saja 
• Banyaknya pasar pesaing yang menjual/ menawarkan produk yang sejenis ke beberapa perusahan besar
• Jika proses pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan itu mandek atau lama bisa menyebabkan produktifitas yang tidak lancar
• Apabila harga dipasaran suatu waktu naik maka modal yang diperlukan CV tersebut pun akan menambah besar
• Jika harga yang ditawarkan CV tersebut lebih tinggi dibandingkan PO yang dikirimkan suatu perusahaan maka mau tidak mau CVtersebut harus menurunkan harga dan CV tersebut akan merugi beberapa persen (%)

4) Peluang

• Jika sudah mempunyai banyak kenalan di beberapa perusahan, itu akan memudahkan CV tersebut untuk masuk dan mengajak bekerja sama
•  Meningkatkan usaha dengan cara promosi di blog misalnya , agar barang yang kita jual bisa dilihat oleh banyak orang
• Membuat harga lebih miring di bandingkan yang lain  agar mampu manarik daya beli pelanggan
• Dijaman globalisasi seperti sekarang ini dimana persaingan terhadap suatu usaha semakin ketat CV itu harus bisa menciptakan sesuatu yang baru agar CV tersebut bisa mengembangkan sayap lebih lebar lagi dibandingkan dengan usaha - usaha yang sudah ada sejak lama
• Mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi orang yang belum mempunyai pekerjaan

Trip to Yogyakarta

     On saturday evening  13 Mei 2013 our school was celebrate a farewell party going to Yogyakarta , start at 18.30 we were began to Yogyakarta by Bus, I was enjoyed on the way and my friends was happy ,we were stay on the seat by listen to music or have been reading a book. then at 23.30 pm we were arrived at Tasikmalaya and stay at restaurant to have a dinner with our friends and our teacher , I was ate some rice by fried chicken and some soup. I was ate with my boyfriend he was ate a some rice by fried chicken and some soup too. Then after finish we were go to bus to continue our trip. on the way our bus were got a problem, the engine was overheat, then the mechanic will repairing , so we must wait for an hour until the bus can be started. Then at 01.30 am the bus was strarted again and we were begin the trip, at 05.00 am we was arrived at Kebumen, we stay on Masjid to pray shubuh together with our school and our teacher, then we go to bus again to continue the trip. And then we was arrived at the Jogja, the first place to go is Borobudur Temple on this place I was take a picture with my teacher ,my friends ,and my boyfriend . I was feel happy to seen the amazing the one of 7 wonderful of the world. Then at 12.05 pm we were go to the rest to have lunch and pray dzuhur. 

     Second day we were go to Prambanan Temple the weather was hot and we should rent some umbrella, we were so enjoying the atmosphere our traveling .And the last trip we goes to Malioboro the trip was started at 18.15 pm ,and arrived to Malioboro at 19.25 pm, at malioboro we have shopping to buy something to bring , I was bought some shirt, tshirt, and dress, don’t forget to buy some traditional food from Jogjakarta it’s Bakpia Pathok. Finish shopping we go to bus ,and then we back to home again. This is a very memorable trip.
